From leading public health and housing initiatives to his involvement on steering groups to shape the future of Specialist Disability Accommodation reform, James’s mission is to ensure no one has to struggle to find the accessible home that unlocks their independence. Navigating the financial side of the NDIS is often the most overwhelming part of SDA property ownership. That is exactly where Scott comes in.

As our National Accounts & Claiming Manager, Scott is responsible for ensuring the claiming stays accurate, compliant, and tracked to give you peace of mind and ensure that owners are not left with underpayments and claiming issues. With extensive experience navigating the complex NDIA claiming and planning processes, Scott manages the entire monthly billing cycle on behalf of our clients.

Participant & SIL Relations Manager - Sally Briant

As our Participant and SIL Relations Manager, Sally ensures that every high-quality SDA property we manage becomes a thriving, supported home. Sally acts as a dedicated guide for owner-occupiers and tenants, managing the entire transition process from finalising administrative paperwork to ensuring the physical property is perfectly ready for move-in day. Simultaneously, Sally is the key to solving the vacancy puzzle for our developers and investors. By taking a hands-on approach to identifying, vetting, and collaborating with local Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers, Sally successfully matches participants with the right properties. This dual approach ensures that participants receive the exact care they need from day one, while securing reliable tenancies and protecting our developers' ROI with warmth, organisation, and absolute professionalism.

Marketing & Vacancies Manager - Melinda Bishop

As our Marketing and Vacancies Manager, Melinda drives the visibility and occupancy of our SDA properties, ensuring that developers maximise their returns while participants find their perfect homes. Understanding that extended vacancies are the biggest risk for our commercial investors, Melinda takes a highly proactive approach to filling homes. They craft targeted, accessible marketing campaigns and actively network with the SIL Providers and Support Coordinators, allied health professionals, and the broader disability sector to maintain a robust pipeline of prospective tenants. By combining sharp market insights with a deep understanding of participant needs, Melinda successfully minimises vacancy periods and ensures every Integrated Access property reaches its full potential as a vibrant, supported home.
